Vanilla, our fusion cuisine restaurant and cocktail bar offers fantastic signature dishes from Mediterranean favourites with a local twist, to fresh take on Thai classics - all simply presented and made using the best, locally sourced produce. Our outstanding wine list presents the perfect accompaniment to this fabulous menu, with excellent cabernet sauvignons, pinots, sauvignon blancs and champagnes, carefully selected and imported from the Napa Valley. Our unique mojitos are blended using herbs, berries and crushed ice and limes - one is never enough! Guests may also chose to dine or take their drinks in-room and our high staff to guest ratio means that our in-room F&B service is always prompt.
